Abstract

A través de este indicador se busca inferir en la calidad de las viviendas de acuerdo a los materiales constructivos de sus paredes, de acuerdo a la capacidad que tengan para brindar protección a sus habitantes frente a lluvias intensas. En la evaluación de este indicador se empleó la variable “Material de construcción predominante en las paredes”, recogida en el XI Censo de población y VI de vivienda del INEI (2007).
